Dunkin'

Went there for their $6 meal deal. Asked for water instead of coffee. Was told its $2 extra for a cup of tap water instead of the coffee. While explaining to a family member why i didnt get anything the lady interjected explaining herself AGAIN. Had to kindly let her know i was not speaking to her. In the same 3 min a lady spilled her coffee in her car and they gave her a free refill with no issue.

Dunkin’ Donuts standards have really gone down. I’m so disappointed. The last few times we have stopped at a dunkin both in VA & FL, I ordered a vanilla crème donut … what happened to the cream? Each time I receive a donut with barely any cream. Service was good but the donuts need to be filled with cream. Seems like you are skimming??

My fave ice cream place. Summer Winter Fall Spring I will be there to buy the ice cream from BD! Reason being that the Ice cream is incredible tasty creamy velvety and perfectly tastes the fruit made of. Keep it up guys as your quality is one if a kind!

Even with a new "Dunkin To Go" up the road, I will choose this location first. They care about their customers. I have lived in this area for nearly 5 years, and I have yet to find a reason to go elsewhere. Not that I haven't tried other places, of course... but this particular Dunkin location gets it right. Haven't had a single complaint about anything they have to offer or the excellent way in which they get the coffee order correct each time. Our family LOVES our Garrisonville walk-in location! 🥰
