Dunkin'

I bought my coffee early this morning, and to my absolute shock, I found a roach in my Dunkin’ coffee. This is beyond disturbing and completely unacceptable. Finding a roach raises serious concerns about cleanliness and possible infestation at this location. As a customer, I expect basic hygiene and food safety standards to be followed. It’s extremely disappointing and upsetting to realize that you can’t even trust Dunkin’ to provide a clean, safe product. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this location

Nobody has a sense of urgency here. You are working in a fast food place.. be fast. Workers here taking their sweet time and one of them is just standing there clueless. The older woman there doesn’t wear gloves and touched the food with her bare hands while she touches and handle everything else. Disgusting! Over priced for service that should be worth only $4 for what I got to experience.

Used the app and walked in three minutes later. Huge parking lot. Big Dunkin. Couple minutes later my order was ready. Filled perfectly. Coffee nice and hot. Doughnuts tasted fresh. Large seating area for a Dunkin. Bathrooms open and working. Staff not too friendly, but who cares. I’m just passing through. As I will be again, next time I am in the area.

Walked in at around 10AM and everyone was just standing around with no clear direction as to where the line started and ended. This place has an odd flow due to the fact that they make you go closer to the door to pick up your order instead of further down into the store. After we sat down at what I might add was a very sticky table and chairs, more people had piled in and because of where the pickup counter is, they were crowding and blocking the door. Coffee stirrers were not available. Staff was polite and they didn't seem to have any trouble with the workload. Overall, a "just okay" location.

I’ve given this place two chances, and both times have been really disappointing. The first time, the person at the front was rude and my latte tasted awful. I decided to give it another try, but the second visit was even worse. The staff member seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there, and my coffee tasted so bad I couldn’t even drink it—I ended up throwing it out because they refused to make me another one. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
