I order trough DoorDash at this location and my order is completely messed up i order donuts they send me muffins, my sandwich was missing one piece of bread?? Yes I just received one piece of bread with bacon and cheese is that even a sandwich? This ruin my whole morning.

Most of my order was burnt and inedible food. I would give 0 stars if possible. How can you serve this to someone?

Firstly “Train your staff. You have 4 unorganized teenagers. They feel like crap coz someone did not train them. Then they get argumentative about my order. Said there were no chocolate donuts when there were. Then missing my sandwiches all together and not acknowledge to make them and carry on with other orders. Another gentleman’s order next to me messed up too. Train them and retain them.

I went in there last week and asked for two chocolate donuts on the top row and the person just stared at me. I asked the person if they spoke English and she sweetly smiled and shook her head. I shook my head too. And I walked out the door empty-handed. Never to return.

Disappointing experience at this location. Ordered a ham and Swiss croissant through the drive-through, but received an egg sandwich instead. When I returned to explain the mix-up and request a replacement or credit, the staff member repeatedly said “I’m not sure about that” without offering any solution. I asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, but was told no manager was available - which seems odd for a business during operating hours. As a regular customer, I expected better service and a willingness to make things right when mistakes happen. Hopefully management addresses the training issues with their staff.
