Dunkin'

Hot food is always cold! So annoying to anticipate a warm bite of something or hot sip of coffee and the crap is COLD!!!! This is like the 3rd time at this location. STOP MAKING FOOD EARLIER THAN NEEDED AND SERVING IT COLD OR CRUSTY TO YOUR PAYING!!!!! CUSTOMERS!!! YOU EAT IT!

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at Dunkin’ for their outstanding customer service. Every visit, I’m greeted with kindness, patience, and genuine appreciation that truly makes a difference in my day. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure orders are right and customers feel valued, and that level of care does not go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to experience service that’s not only efficient, but also warm and welcoming. Thank you for setting such a great example of what customer service should look like — it keeps me coming back! I WANT TO THANK YOU MRS.LAMB AND MRS. Faizah for the best outstanding customer service that I have ever received. In the past four months from this location, I like the North Henry location better than the Rex location.

Horrible customer service, staff lacked common sense. i sat for over 2 min waiting at the drive thru board to place my order and thought well maybe no one is here since there were no cars, but i pulled around and saw a car and waited so i could place my order at the window… the staff went back and forth with me and told me they weren’t going to take it and i had to pull around, at this time i waited now 6 min or so.. instead of her apologizing that no one took my order, she refused. i asked to speak to the manager and she said they don’t have one and they only have a store manager named Omar. i ended up leaving, smh.

The food is always hot and taste good. The service is a hit or miss. Lately it's been better but I've run into some really nasty workers there. I think I've even caught the owners helping. If there is the slightest of a line- YOU ARE GOING TO WAIT at least 10 min. And they pull people up often but as I stated when they bring it to you, the food is fresh. There's a reason people are willing to wait though! I would recommend if you are not in a rush. If you are it is best to go before or after the rush hours. I will return for sure, regardless of the minimal issues.

You all need to be ashamed of yourselves! I purchased the Ham and cheese croissant. I used the offer of paying $3. I was so disappointed! The small amount of Ham. It was hardly there. The presentation of how it looked on the outside, was a hard NO. It was NOT tasty at all. Then anytime I visit, the donuts I request are always sold out. I believe that any request for donuts just need to be made in the early morning.
