Dunkin'

It's fine, it's my go to dunks. More often than not, some part of my order is wrong, but it's not usually a big deal. I still come here. The staff is nice. The drive thru is usually very backed up when I come here, but I'm usually there during the breakfast rush. The drive thru back up usually puts cars on the street. It's not a great design.

I go to this Dunkin often, and the staff is usually delightful. Today there is a new person working the drive through window who was so extremely rude I had to write a review. Hopefully management sees this or I will be going to the Dunkin next door at the gas station and others will too.

I loved Dunkin this summer until this morning I had woken up to find out there is no more guava refresher. That is the only drink I have ever liked and continually gotten with every order. I am deeply upset and sad please bring it back and keep it on the menu all year💔

Pull up to the window to order & all you can hear is the employees yelling & talking through the speakerphone for several mins. Coffee was bitter & employee at the window was rude. The prices are about 30-40 cents higher here & the service sucks.

I wasn’t going to even put a review on this Dunkin’ Donuts, but this Dunkin’ Donuts does not care about customer service. I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts daily on my way to work and every time I order an item that ends up being a problem I was ordering a Sabrina strawberry daydreamer refresher, and every day I usually get whipped cream on my strawberry refresher but today all of a sudden this girl said there’s a policy that you can’t have whipped cream on your refresher if I want to add sausage or bacon on my meal, The same girl gives me a hard time. There is younger men in there as well that don’t care about customer service can joke on the job and give you your food Any kind of way with no care my sandwich ends up sloppy my drink has whipped cream coming out of the top when they give it to
