Dunkin'

Everytime I go to this Dunkin (which is very often) they always mess up my order. I'll order something without bacon (due to allergies) or white cheddar on a wrap and they always seem to ignore the request. Its very inconvenient. The people are never watm or friendly and when they mess up an order they catch attitudes like its your fault. If you want a Dunkin that appreciates their customers this is definitely not it.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. I've been getting the same drink for years. I always get less ice in my drink I know it always will be directly to the top but this was the worst I've ever seen. I talked to the person who made it and all he did was make excuses instead of correcting the problem and then he just dismissed me. Now I will never go there again!!! I wish I could have got my money back I paid for a large and got small. I've gone to many other ones and have never been treated this way. The photo with barely anything in it is the one they made and these other two are from different stores. Where's your excuses now!!! 😡

every single time i have gone to this dunkin’ donuts, i have had a terrible experience from missing food items, having them made wrong, and even cold, still frozen food in the middle. i have never been to a worse dunkin and would honestly skip the trip and go to Starbucks instead.

I use this location at times and the drive thru is fast and efficient

The remodel looks great! I love that I can now see them making my coffee. I had an issue and I thought it was resolved. After them charging me for cold foam on my cold brew the manager asked for a remake. That’s awesome! I also want my money back for that cold foam I was charged for. As they refund my coffee and have me pay for another one I watch the girl make it wrong again. She used original blend and I asked and paid for cold brew. The manager tries to hand me the coffee I just told them was re made wrong. The guy putting scream and sugar in the cup is clearly overwhelmed with 3 cups in front of him and h said “everyone just needs to give me a minute” They remake my coffee again and it was correct so I thought bc I watched them. I take the first sip and instantly realized they didn’t s
