Dunkin'

What happened today at Dunkin’ Donuts was absolutely unacceptable! The person who handled my order was very pleasant however, when I received my donuts, not only was there barely any icing on them, but when I tried to call the store to tell them about the donuts, the phone was answered three times and I was disconnected all three times without ever speaking to anyone. I called the customer service website that directed me to call the store directly because it is independently owned.. so how am I supposed to tell them about my experience if no one answers the phone?

I love everyone who works at this Dunkin location but Aubrey is my girl. She makes my Iced Cappuccinos with two shots of French vanilla PERFECT. I come here daily and she is the only one who knows how to make it correct and It is always consistent, it always taste the same and it is delicious! I know when she’s not working because it’s not right. Everyone is always so sweet and helpful here. I don’t go anywhere else. Happy New Year!

Ordered inside. There were quite a few young people working and standing around behind counter. There were out of a few kinds of donuts which seemed odd since all those people were standing around?? Also the place needed to be cleaned up in the dining area as well as the donuts area. There were several racks of donut holes just sitting on top of the counter. Donuts we got were good however.

14Aug.2024 Nice Thursday morning in this location. Me and my daughter were passing through town and stopped in here and our experience was good. The lady behind the counter was patient. As soon as we got our order it started to get busy in there. Clean establishment and a few spaces to eat and enjoy Dunkin’s drinks and food.

Glazed donuts are soggy/ wet, I've been 3 times and they are either out of donuts, don't have almond milk, or get my order wrong. Also didn't get my free medium coffee, because they said it's all done online and they had nothing to do with that
