Customer Reviews
Dunkin is amazing. I go there every time and there is always a welcome waiting for me. I’m bilingual and the people there speak Spanish and English. I’ve known them for over 3 years. Since 2021, there was always an, “¡Hola!” and a smile on their face. They make the best mango pineapple in the world, ever since the first time I had tried it, I kept getting it, even in the cold days! Thanks for your service.
Will drop your food on the floor in front of your face and expect you to eat it. You will get a “sorry” at least. Will not offer replacement. Disgusting. Threw the bag away and wasted my money.
Thanks for the 3 day long food poisoning. This location will NEVER give you your donuts or whatever if you do mobile pick up. Cold brew tastes like fish and dirt some times. Idk how they’re open.
"This is my first stop every week day" I love this place for several reasons, but the most important is the personnel who work there. Dennis is always welcoming and ready to help with a big smile, his coworkers understand the importance of a fast quality service. They really know their customers, for many of us, they already know what we want. They make us I feel like family. There is only one thing I would like to mention, especially for the owner of the building. I have been concerned for several days now, that nobody seems to pay attention to the handicapped sign outside the store. Last time I tried to fix it myself since it has been bent towards the sidewalk. I almost hit my face on it. For the most part DD Rocks!
I showed up to the dunking donuts at about 8:55pm, I attempted to open the door and it was locked. I looked inside to see a worker signaling to me that they were closed and 2 or 3 other young people in there not in uniform hanging out on their phones. I then checked the website after leaving and saw that this location in fact does not close until 10pm. I’m extremely upset about my experience. Don’t advertise that your open until 10 and then be closed at 8:55. Completely unacceptable.
