Food's decent, coffee's fine, but the place is a total dump. Lobby's sticky, trash overflowing, bathroom looks like it hasn't seen bleach since the '90s. Afternoon kids running it? Zero effort—with tables wiped once a year. If you're just grabbing to-go, maybe survive. If you wanna sit? Bring hand sanitizer and a grudge

Coffee is always inconsistent here. Today I purchased coffee and half dozen “assorted” donuts off the App. Apparently assorted means the donuts no one would purchase in person. My hot coffee was Luke warm. Not sure why I keep coming back.

I see why this location has BAD reviews. The first picture is the drink I always get. (I took a picture because I love it so much I wanted just that every time I go). The NEXT day order the SAME thing and the girl that’s always handling drive thru orders gives me this. Not paying attention I grab it and didn’t take me far to realize this isn’t my drink. I go back and the same girl says to me “yeah you could come inside we probably won’t give you you’re money back but we can make a new one and charge you again” LOL OKAY. This is bad business. I come in to talk to a manager and someone who isn’t one was quick to take my order. I explained what happened and how rude this girl was. Shes convinced that I’m wrong and don’t know my own order. I keep explaining to her I always come to this locati

The amount of incompetent people that work there is beyond me! There's never a time where my order is correct. From my coffee and food always being burnt to getting my ordered incorrectly. It never fails with this location. Today I ordered through the app and had my husband pick up. All you gotta say im picking up for "so and so" They had to ask what my order was when it should already be in a big screen on who ordered what. Regardless of that they still handed me the wrong thing. Instead of a coffee I was given a hot chocolate. The reason why I am writing such lengthy review is cause this isn't nothing new, and Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Obviously they need new staff.. a complete REBOOT!

This store constantly messes up orders, and the mobile app allows you to order without warning that it's closed. Friend of mine got sick once while still having breakfast inside. Employees are wonderful though, needs better management.
