Dunkin'

Today at 11:20 a.m., I went into this Dunkin’ Donuts to get a donut and a coffee after finishing my finals. I waited at the counter for four minutes before ringing the bell, as the two workers were in the back chatting instead of working. Eventually, a lady came and took my order. I ordered my donut and latte and then sat down to wait for my drink. At that time, there was only one other customer, and I could overhear the conversation the workers were having. The second worker (who should be fired) was speaking inappropriately about customers and was using an extremely rude tone with people in the drive-through. By this point, I had already been waiting eight minutes for my latte. I walked up to the pickup counter to see if they were even working on my drink, as I was now the only customer,

First time visit with a group of twenty. Confirmed reservations a day prior. Understaffed so this made the service slow and unorganized. Food arrived warm not hot and many of the sides (ketchup, salt, pepper hot sauce, syrup, utensils and napkins) that were need had to be waited for, which resulted in the food becoming cold. Part of our party wasn’t served until many of us were leaving. They were not prepared for two large parties.

The employee working alone around noon today on 11/23 was rude and disrespectful. She didn't acknowledge us for 10 minutes, let the lady in front of us ring up her own order! (Literally turned the POS around for her right in front of us) And then when she was taking our order she was short and then when my son said he wanted a donut on the 4th row in the middle she acted like she couldn't understand him and kept pointing to the wrong donuts as if on purpose. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donut shop to anyone.

Shout out to. Drew for excellent customer service and the best iced signature pumpkin spiced latte. He made the best one I've had this season. Give him a raise or employee of the month.

What I ordered, and what I received (2 green teas). The young lady with glasses that I encountered kept telling me I was wrong and was doubling down on it, when I corrected her that I ordered black tea. She might need more training on resolving issues, it's nothing to do with ego, I only wanted what I ordered.
