Dunkin'

I have visited this location over the last decade, and didn’t realize I still haven’t written a review! This location is amazing. The team is kind, friendly, and efficient. Between the old cafe next door to the bigger location (with a drive-thru) currently, this location has always been clean and fast. Definitely recommend this Dunkin’ - and I’m already looking forward to the next iced coffee I get!

Dirty establishment, poor service, and low quality products. Went in today for two iced teas and they charged us more for less ice. Indian woman, Amy, replied it was more product.. I purchased 16oz of tea, you’re selling me 12 oz of tea and when I ask for 14 oz of tea, you deny me with attitude and illogical comment?! Unreal. Amy responded the cameras were watching - fantastic - my husband and I had this entire conversation on Sunday, September 28th at 10:52am; please review the conversation, reconsider your business decisions, and reevaluate your product because the tea was all water based, see attached picture. We will never go back to this location again and suggest you don’t either!

I haven't been here in a while, but some people have said they don't have all the donut types. Those people are wrong. This little shop had everything I could ask for, were fully stocked, and had very personable staff (and at 8:30 on a Sunday morning no less!). I purchased a dozen donuts with my cell phone, along with an extra large blueberry coffee, which was to die for. One of the servers even complimented my jacket! 10/10, will definitely come back again.

If im spending $15 for a dozen donuts I expect some cream in the cream filled. I mean seriously? You barely put any boston cream filling in the donut. And the donuts aren't even fresh, they tasted like 2 day old donuts.

Came in at 10:20am, ordered two ice coffees. The guy popped an attitude asking if I want creamer or not. I told him yes, he than got mad because he had to fix the order. This guy is miserable and definitely needs a change of career.
