Dunkin'

We arrived promptly at 9:30 this morning to pick up a large phone-in coffee order. The order had been placed just the night before and was supposed to be ready at 9:30. When we got there, at first they couldn’t find the order. Then when they found it, it had not even been started. We didn’t leave with the coffee until 10:00 and our party was starting at 10:00 3 miles away! All we got were some apologies, no offer for a discount or any other form of compensation. Won’t be going back

Me and partner have come here a few times and the cold foam tastes old, they barley put any on our drinks. Coffee tastes off, and they never make it right. They took our orders wrong multiple times. Mostly the “cooks” fault, please fix this.

This location stop serving hot espressos at 7:40 p.m. They close at 8:00 p.m.. This was on Saturday January 3rd, 2026. At 7:40 pm. I will also state that I went in there at 7:35 p.m. and no one greeted me for a while in the store was empty.

Extremely slow. Stood at the counter for about 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me, waited another 15 minutes for a croissant. Was late to work and everything, they hardly even had any orders to make.

Nice place to chill and have a coffee. All cups are Togo paper, no glassware. Limited plugs if you care to plug in. Staff likes to play around a bit. Kitchen music blared and overpowered the Dunkin music and probably wasn't what the franchise owner envisioned for the brand.
