Dunkin'

This is my 25 assorted munchkins that I ordered to bring over someone’s house. I don’t know how anyone could have handed this mess over to me and make me pay for it. They are stale and definitely not a mix of all the munchkins she said they had. If you order from here make sure you look at it before you leave the drive thru. And the Americano that I ordered tasted burnt. I couldn’t even drink it. I have never left a bad review before but I wanted to make sure someone else doesn’t waste their money. I did go back after I wrote this review and they did return my money with no issues.

I am highly disappointed with my order my hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and my bagel was burnt aswell and on top of that there was a PLASTIC STRIP in my bagel. Very unsanitary very disgusting.

I went this Store with my daughter, asked for an Iced Caramel Latte with NO ice, asked for a cup of ice on the side. They charged me $1 for the ice which I agree to Pay. Getting the drink noticed was half cup full, I asked to fill completely, and then the arguments started. They say half the cup was 16oz but no either closed to that. Resuming. You are being scammed. Payment for a bunch of ice in the cup every time ordering at Dukkin. By the way the attendance were so horrible trained.

Went to this Dunkin the other day with my boyfriend and his sister to get some drinks and donuts and the service was ehh, only because we had ordered off the kiosk 2 strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with green tea but they were made with lemonade instead, and then we had to ask the lady for our donuts to be given to us and when we tried to ask the lady for them she tried to ignore us at first.

Not my favorite Dunkin' but the young man working, worked very hard. It seemed like he might have been the only one there! I always order a Almond milk hot Latte with Carmel. Unfortunately the latte has no froth to it, which was disappointing. Tasted good though!
