Dunkin'

One of the workers today (an Indian gentleman) got combative with me when I informed him that we didn’t get our change back from the order. He proceeded to argue with me after I told him to check cameras and then shook his head and gave me my change back!! How are you gonna shake your head at me after correcting YOUR mistake? Watch out they’ll overcharge you and keep your change at this location ! He also tried to tell me not to talk the way I was talking and proceeded to try to one up me in conversation which obviously irritated me! This guy should NOT be on the front counter whatsoever - we also noticed him shuffling all of the tip jar money into a little baggy for himself seemingly!!!

I bought 50 Munchkins…online they state that they have 9 different varieties. I ordered a variety box, I got 3 (plain glazed, chocolate , and blueberry)of the 9 varieties in my box. He never let me know that they only had 3 and asked if that was ok or anything. I mean maybe that would’ve made a difference to me, but I wasn’t given the option. Poor customer service. Not the cashier but the guy who boxed the munchkins. Not to mention they tasted old and they were only half glazed… yes only half of every munchkin was glazed. I’m not sure what that’s all about but they were horrible and I will not be returning to this Dunkin ever.

I wanted pepermint hot chocolate which is a MD's seasonal offering. So after stopping at 2 Mcdonald's neither had it on December 13th but decided to go to Dunkin' and they offer it all the time. It's the go to place for specialty coffees.

Stopped in this Tuesday Morning 2/3/25 to get me some DONUTS 🍩😋🤤 which I LOVE🩷😘🤩🥰 it looks Nice n clean inside but They could say Good morning when you first walk in but They DON'T GREET YOU you just stand there and Wait Until some one walks over bout 3 minutes I waited Other than than I Bought 6 Donuts 🍩 an a Orange juice spent $13.00 dollars 💵💵

Omar is the best barista at Dunkin in the entire USA. He’s super friendly has great customer service and always makes my day brighter. I asked for an oat milk latte and he made it perfectly the way I liked and I asked for an extra toasted bagel and I told them make it super crunchy and it was perfect with the perfect amount of cream cheese. I will not go to any Dunkin that Omar is not working at.
