I have given way more opportunities than I thought appropriate, but I kept thinking surely a Dunkin location can't be that bad, I just got a bad day that time. Well, nope, today was the last straw. I have been through this location at least 5 times and literally every time they are out of stock of more than half my order. It's become a running joke with my children that we don't run on Dunkin' because they don't have anything in stock. Avoid this location if you want to get what you ordered. Rating service a two because they are usually polite about not being in-stock.
New management and the improvements are impressive! Extra syrup was added and the latte I ordered was delicious! Shout out to the 8am morning crew! I am excited to keep coming back with new friendly faces and a new energetic and happy vibes!
My husband and I were traveling from Overland Park, KS to Nebraska and stopped at this location. I have to say this is the most Clean Store I have ever seen! That says a lot because I have been to several Dunkin Donuts. It was like I was walking into a commercial set everything was well lit, the donuts case was full and the service was Superb! The store Manger and his staff should be very proud of themselves. Kansas City metro better step it up because your Store is Amazing.
Went thru drive 420 on Feb 11, 2023. The lady was absolutely awful and rude. I apparently interrupted her life. I ordered munchkins and was not offered an opportunity on flavor. These were so hard I couldn't bite into them. The two year old refused them as well. I wanted the glazed ones. Should have returned them. Asked for a sprite was told no we don't serve that, only Pepsi products. So you serve nothing like a sprite? I'm so disappointed!! Won't be back.
I’m a Dunkin regular and every time I stop at this one they either mess up my drink order or today I got the snackin bacon and got three pieces the size of an inch for $4. That is half of what they should give and they never put any seasoning on it whether it be the black pepper or now the maple sugar. It’s lazy is what is it idk why I keep giving them another chance cause I am always disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money. They need help from the Saint Joe peeps
