Dunkin'

On 8/22/25 at 6:41 am, I placed an order and the lady at the register was nice but when we bit into our food, the experience went below zero. We are on the road, so turning back is not an option and I tried calling the store but I got no answer. First, the iced matcha was not sweetened and the drink itself was bitter, although, I had brown sugar and blueberry added also. Secondly, the bagel was suppose to be toasted but instead had a doughy consistency and was not heated up. It seemed for the donuts the icing was really thin and did not stick and the texture was dry and not pleasant. I would like a refund issued and would like for customer service to reach out.

This Dunkin' location is inside the gas station, is full service, and takes dunkin rewards. There's lots of clean seating and clean bathrooms.

I’m not one to write reviews but I did not like how one of the girls wrote god loves you on my lid for my drink! I personally don’t believe in god and I feel this is extremely inappropriate

Quick lunch on the road. DD is in a building housing several snack, grab n go outfits. Foodies were limited but Pesto Grilled cheese was good. Croissantwich was very small. Not satisfying at all.Drinks were kind of odd. Donuts were, as always, excellant. Overall, not worth the cost.

Had the toasted white chocolate hot signature latte with the avocado toast with roasted tomatoes and bacon with white cheddar.... yummy!
