Dunkin'

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee working the drive-thru window was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly did not care about helping a paying customer. I placed my order online, assuming—reasonably—that a Dunkin’ location would serve hot food. Only when I arrived was I told they “don’t sell cooked food,” with zero warning during the online ordering process. That means if you order ahead, you’re basically screwed and stuck dealing with their attitude instead of getting what you paid for. On top of that, the store itself was disgusting. This place sucks. The parking lot has so many potholes you may need a wheel alignment when you leave. The donuts are not fresh. Ordered a jelly donut and it only had a squirt of jelly and was stale

I have never in my life tasted food as disgusting as I have at this location. I'm here on business and this was the first place I find. The food is awful, then they tried to charge me $3 for two cups of ice!! Glad I didn't get it because I'm sure the ice tastes awful too. I'll never eat anything in Jersey ever...idc

Genuinely horrendous job. I got my order through doordash and the whole thing was wrong even got someone else’s order.
