Dunkin'

P My family loves me some Dunkin donuts. And coffee. It is a great thing to come and just sit and have a cup of coffee and eat a donut and visit food's good. The people that work here are kind and helpful and atmospheres a little cramped in here, but it is a nice place to sit and visit and eat

I went on lunch to get a coffee In the afternoon, so around 12:25. When I pulled up, there was two cars in front of me. The one that was waiting to be waited on at the drive-through was there for a good minute. I would say total of 3-4 minutes before they got to order. The next person went and then I went. by the time I pulled up, it was already 1229 and I have to be at work by 1 o’clock. As I’m waiting, I’m watching two of the young girls.. One was making my drink and the other one was playing around.. Well, actually, they both kind of were.. The girl that was making my drink she made a sound with her mouth that for sure I know some spit came from her mouth and went into my drink and no, I cannot make it here obviously because I’m online typing.. Waited in a long line at the drive-thru for 2 drinks, we pay, then wait another 5 minutes and get handed two drinks that have the right label but are not at all what we ordered. Ordered one hot latte and one iced, got a black coffee and an iced tea with cold foam on it. Immediately got a refund. Waited nearly 20 minutes to not get the caffeine I’ve needed all day. Not the first time this Dunkin has messed up orders-it happens nearly every time we come here so we’re just not coming back.

I wouldn’t recommend going here they’re always out of product. AND there managing staff has been awful unfairly treating good workers, while it’s sad to inform you that JUNIOR there “district manager”/ STEPHAINE “store manager” have been doing less than an adequate job in providing a safe an accommodating environment I really hope to see some improvements in the future. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!
