Dunkin'

I been coming to this location for 4 years, never had a bad experience until recently, it seem they have a new staff. On this day (which was my last day going to this location) I ask for a sandwich, and sweet ice tea, My tea was unsweetened, my sandwich was black and hard. I was so mad, I called them, they said I can come back, Sir I'm on my way to work, well whenever you return it's a free sandwich on us, I never returned, these young people play entity too much especially around food, I miss the old staff they had, since they have these new people they lost me as a customer. They was busy laughing at each other, they wasn't paying attention that why my sandwich was burned.

What appears to be a recent management change has made this borderline Dunkin Donuts horrible. Morning of 2/9/26, bagel was literally like a rock with a very strange taste, pre-frozen and thawed donut was OK, iced coffee tasted very bitter. Lack of English skills from the order taker, couldn't even say "2 Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents", had to say "2-5-5". This experience shut it down for me. Be aware.

When I walked In To learn that the Box of coffee I ordered on line was not ready and that it would not be because there were no Boxes to fill!!! What … who does your ordering ? Inventory??? But I must say the young man behind the counter stepped up and apologized 10 times he made things right by giving us 6 cups of coffee. It was a disaster for our wedding party, but honestly, this young man’s kindness and respect made me smile. His parents should be proud ..medium build dark hair, curly maybe Shawn or Aaron ?? I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name but kudos to him… October 11 10:00am

AVOIDING THIS LOCATION SINCE 10/9/2025!!! Below is my last experience on 10/9/2025 Absolutely awful experience today around 12:10pm. Waiting in drive through for 10 minutes and was still NOT able to get 25 count of chocolate munchkins for my autistic son, ordered them and couldn't even get to the window to pay and pick it up because there were 3 cars still waiting before me. I left the line and called them to tell them I left because of the long wait, the lady who answered was quite rude telling me there is no manager working and only 1 person working and thats why there is a wait and she hung up on me. I have so many problems with this and questions but they will never get answers. DO BETTER!!! Improve customer service, staffing, and not open with only 1 person working!!! I hope CORPORA

Ran out of original coffee and without asking filled the rest with decaf. Told them no decaf and they were not in the nicest mood and when I suggested the dark, they informed that it was very strong. Seems to me had they added the dark to the regular it would have been better than decaf. When they did fill the dark it was lukewarm and had no quams serving it that way.
