Let's start off with the place is not clean second they address you as lady who the hell in Customer Service has the right to sit there and say thanks lady. Here's a drink lady and then they didn't even tell you that you have to go to the other counter to pay and you're just standing there. The place is just a cluttered mess and it took forever for them just to make my coffee and give me a avocado toast when there was nobody in there cause almost as if they're making me wait longer for no reason and what's with the lady every sentence it felt weird

This morning's donut tastes like it was made yesterday. I don't think I will go here next time.

Kudos to the person who made my sandwich. It was really good! My coffee was scorching hot I couldn't drink it. The same person who made my coffee took my order and they were very unprofessional. Rude and not attentive at all.

This is our local DD shop and it’s absolutely terrible which is a shame. Always super dirty, the flooors and the whole shop just looks sticky and unclean. People that work there always are rude and unprofessional, talked to each other, ignore customers, food and drinks are not well made. I got stuffed mini bagels today for my daughter’s breakfast and we had to throw them away, there was something weird brown unidentifiable stuff in the plain bagel stuffing. So disappointing! Who owns this place and do they ever read reviews?

Every time I stop by I end up disappointed. The customer service is very bad. The workers make it seem like it is an inconvenience for you to be there. My order always has some type of issue. For example, let’s take a look at the amount of cream cheese was placed on a bagel.
