Dunkin'

I went to this Dunkin today 11/20 at 10:30am. The drive through was quick- that's the only positive part of this. I ordered a caramel macchiato. I know it's espresso. I think everyone knows it's espresso. I took a sip and it was so bitter.. I politely said "I think my coffee is burnt" and was quickly shunned by an employee with a disgruntled face for calling it "coffee". Ok thanks. It's still burnt. They said they would remake it and bring it out. My husband went in to get it so they wouldn't have to bring it out and walked in to 6 AMAZING employees talking negatively and loudly joking about the "coffee" being burnt. To start, this Dunkin' was out of eggs.. which eliminates most breakfast foods except bagels. So we ordered 2 bagels. 1 everything with cream cheese and 1 plain with cream cheese. We waited 15 minutes for the wrong order to be handed to us. We received 1 sesame bagel with cream cheese on half of the bagel and 1 plain with cream cheese on half of the bagel. Worst money we have ever spent.

When my family and I went though the drive threw around 640pm the lady was extremely rude. She need better manners then are drinks taste bad .when we were at the window she keep staring at us with a aggressive look.Who trains this lady with the short black hair. Why would anyone want to go back there. This need to be fixed.

Absolutely disgusted. I went to Dunkin this morning before work. I swirled a my coffee and drank it the whole way there. As I got into my classroom and set it down I noticed something in my drink. There is a huge moth STILL flying around in my drink. I called when I had the chance and they said they can give me a refund. I went to the store on my break and got $3.57 back on my almost $5 coffee. No refund is acceptable when it comes to this… How did they not see that when making/ mixing my drink? I wish i noticed when I put the straw in. I loved Dunkin but I honestly don't think I’ll be returning. The costumer service for this situation was terrible.

Whoever is working in the drive-thru today October 8th, 2025 around 2:15 pm was very rude.. rushing me to order had a very nasty tone when I got the the window he was just staring at me giving me a dirty look… very disrespectful… 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.. tired to call to make a complaint but phones aren’t working…
