Dunkin'

They are fast, but at what cost? I ordered a medium hot caramel latte, and they didn’t even fill the cup all the way. When I pay this much for coffee, I really expect the cup to be full.

Went through the drive through to get my kids some of those munchkins or whatever, and the service was fast. Very fast. As we went to drive away my wife noticed that we didn't get our order, we got someone else's. So she went inside and came back out with two free things of the munchkins. That's what I'm talking about.

Always do drive throughs and they always seem to skimp on the extra pumps of flavor you pay for and forget the milk. Eh could be better. Some of the workers have an attitude also. They have what looks like gone through so many workers. Also double check your orders, they forget adding them. It's your JOB, do it correctly please.

No donuts? Its 10am and the kids had a choice of some pastries or a couple of blueberry bread donuts. They said "we have been busy all morning" when I asked about them being out. Understandable but what irritated me was no sooner than when my kids started eating today's unpopular selection they started bringing out tray after tray of fresh hot donuts to put on the shelf. They could have told me all I had to do is wait 5 more minutes.

Came through the drive ordered 2 hashbrowns. They were practically burned. Hard and very bitter ! We couldn't even eat them. I ordered two Boston cream donuts, but I only received 1 and the 1 I got they threw in the bag frosting side down so all of the frosting was stuck to the bottom of the bag. The workers had the worst attitudes. It was as if they were mad at the world ! Everything I've gone to this particular donut shop, either I'm missing items or the employees working the window are not pleasant at all. Seems they need more training or a different job.
