Manager denied me a donut bag giveaway. The rules said buy any drink and get a free donut. The cashier was nice and even asked the mgr if I could get 1 but I was denied. She tried 3 times and they still had plenty This manager should not be a manager.

I stopped in this morning because the line at McDonald’s across the street was very long… That should’ve been my first red flag… I ordered two orders of hash browns, two sausage kolaches and one bacon, egg and cheese croissant. First of all, let me say that I rarely post reviews and I’m usually very forgiving about fast food… However, this I could not ignore. This was absolutely the worst food I have ever picked up through a drive-through window. The hash browns were little round mushy discs, the edges were burned, and the inside was soft and greasy, no flavor… The kolache‘s smelled OLD and microwaved, the bread was dense and doughy and the sausage inside was rubbery and smelled days old as well. And then the croissant was so nasty looking, we didn’t even try to eat it. I opened it up and

Amazing coffee, and refreshers! Jermey had amazing hospitality, and introduced us to the dog toys! (Which we couldn’t resist) Our dog LOVES his new toy, and it was all thanks to Jermey!

Very bad location with inconsiderate employees! Drive thru doesn’t have a clearance meter, so careful if you drive a raised truck or van or anything with any height. Narrow drive to get in which takes you behind the building. Limited parking and ALL the close spot are taken by employees. The place was dead for 8 am. Lots of employees, but they were mostly standing around gossiping. Like someone else said, this was my first time here and will be my last time here.

Sweet Tea's price went up from $1.98 to $3.50 a large cup. Crazy 😧 for two Teas it was over $7 dollar. We need to start making tea at home 😁 Sorry, Dunkin donuts maybe we will take a break from our local D.D for tea to expensive 😞
