Dunkin'

Let me tell you what they’re out of greeting you when you come in to the store, napkins, receipt paper to get a verified receipt. When we came in the store we were ignored for several minutes and then asked to use the kiosk. After attempting an order not finding milk or water asked for help. The clerk took our order and found out that they charge for tap $0.25 btw they had no bottled water. I decided to pay for tap because I didn’t want a coffee since it was 1pm. I will say our food was very hot and tasted good.

We waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive-through for our box of 25 count munchkins. I ordered blueberry, chocolate, wicked and glazed. The girl said “so assorted” and I said “no I don’t want any powder.” She said OK. Here’s what we got. See pic. If the line weren’t still so long, or we weren’t still in pajamas, we would go in and get this order corrected. It seems like every time we go here I say OK we can’t come here again because they always get our order wrong but then I keep going back. A glutton for punishment, I guess you’d say.

Honestly I have tried three times to come to this location and order a simple iced coffee and each time I have waited 20+ minutes at the drive thru. I’m not sure why because there is never more than 1-2 cars ahead of me. Do better Dunkin.

The power crew was working this morning! I was out in 5 minutes! My food was hot and delicious! Good vibes the moment I walked in ! 10/10! Give them all raises ! :)), Ha! February 26,2026

Have not sipped it once. Just stirred the cold foam in and this is how much is missing from my drink. Sometimes they do not even stir the drink fully when going through the drive thru. 7 dollar drink 🤦‍♀️
