Customer service at this Dunkin’ Donuts has become embarrassing and unprofessional It’s definitely not what it used to be. Employees often show attitude, even throwing fits in front of customers, which creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment. This has happened on multiple occasions, not just once. On top of that, don’t bother placing a walk-in online order and expecting it to be ready on time. Orders consistently take an average of 20 minutes, and more often than not, something is missing when you finally get your food or drinks. This location has gone downhill and needs serious improvement in both service and efficiency.

Croissant is nice & hot. Service is good. But forgot bacon on the avocado toast. Toilets are the most disgusting I have seen in any Dunkin . I did tell the staff, they are working on it, however, if you see the stains, they are not cleaned for a long time.

Arrived in the afternoon, and this place was busy. Thought it was a good sign. Had scraps for bakery items left, but lucky for me, they had my blueberry munchkins left. For being the afternoon, they were soft, smaller than my typical location, but had a better coating of frosting and quite tasty. I considered that a win! Service was quick and good. The downside to my visit was my strawberry dragon fruit refresher. If I didn't just see that the tea bag was emptied for my drink, I would have requested it to be remade. I ordered a large, and about 3/4 of the container was ice, a load of the syrup, and what visually looked like less than cup/ 6 oz of tea. All the flavor is at the bottom. It wasn't mixed at all, so its taste isn't appealing, and the ice needs to melt to dilute the drink to ma

Absolutely the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to! The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Despite the line wrapping around the building, the staff kept everything moving smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was one incredibly sweet worker who still took the time to chat and brighten my day, even while juggling a packed store. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and the store itself was spotless. Friendly service, great energy, and an overall impressive level of professionalism—this location sets the standard!
