Dunkin'

I just went up there to get my daughter and iced coffee. I went through the drive through and ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with 3 extra liquid sugars. I pulled up and paid. Got the drink , handed it to my daughter and drove off. She hollers eyuck!! Do I hit the brakes and asked her what was wrong?? She said , I just took a big sip and got nothing but chunks of sugar in my mouth. I said, what do you mean?And she lifts up the cup and you can see all the granulated sugar on the very bottom of her cup. About a half inch of it. So I parked and went inside. They all looked at me holding that drink, but nobody acknowledged me. All 3 girls just ignored me like I was Casper. I waited and waited. I think they cleared 2 or 3 cars through the drive through. Made about 5 or 6 drinks. So finally

Me and my family on Christmas Day stopped by because both signs said they were open and we saw employees inside. We sat at drive through menu far too long with cars behind us with no response. So I decided to pull to the window. Employee walked past a dozen times but never acknowledged us. Finally the manager ( with attitude) shouted through the closed window we’re closed. I told her that a common courtesy would be to turn off open signs or to at least post a note on drive through that we’re closed. She looked at me like I was stupid and said we can’t! Then walked off! My wife told the cars behind us they were closed at this point. But new cars had lined up by the time we left. Ridiculous ! The lack of courtesy and common sense shown by the staff was above and beyond that day. I realize i

I ordered the iced chai with cookie butter cold foam & my first one tasted like flavored milk. Normally, I’d just suck it up, but I went back through & they were so understanding about it. She asked what it was & remade it without complaining or anything. The first photo looks like I drank a lot, but the cold foam just mixed into the drink. The second one had a darker color, so I could tell it was remade correctly!

Good Service. Was just passing through town & stopped to get some since don't have any where we live. Got our donuts quick & headed back on the road. Seemed like a nice clean place & good customer service

The women who are working today are fantastic, they are unstaffed but putting in every effort to accommodate the needs of customers and service with a smile . I love my Dunkin’ girls! I hope they each know how incredibly talented they are and how happy they make my mornings! Best coffee and prices in town!
