Nice to have this option rather than Food Court. This DD location in desolate part of mall. Sketchy characters down here. Keep your eyes open!

After ordering had to go back because I asked for little cream and sugar in my coffee and the coffee was incredibly light. Still it was light after getting it re-done but didn't feel like going back again. Wish they knew what "light" cream and sugar means. It means little of, not make it light.

I asked one of the guys if he stirred my coffee, he said no that's your job not mine, I was very surprised, then the other guy said that when you go to Starbucks you do everything yourself why should we do it, I mean if they want you to do it yourself they should have the cream and everything else out for us to do it, I took the answer very disrespectful!!!

Excellent Dunkin, cleanest and friendliest staff. The really tall guy goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Great service.

There must be an inconvenient between t-mobile tuesday app and employees at DD!as far as i know the coffee is free with that app...but that doesnt mean that I gonna drink the oldest burned coffee in this place!that's what just happended to me today!!...
