Dunkin'

Everyone at this location is nice, whoever is hiring people is doing a good job of usually picking likable competent people. Sometimes they seem a little understaffed, but not in a way that creates huge waits or anything. I've never had any reason to complain about anything at this location except the high school kids who show up ready to act like brats. I've had orders I've placed ahead of time grabbed (read stolen) by someone else at this location, and its always right around when high school let's out. Been a while since that happened though, and its not any employees faults. But yea, good job everyone.

I just want to preface this review by saying, I never leave reviews for places like this. Usually, it’s the same experience everywhere you go. But the service I received here today led me to leave this review. The staff was incredibly friendly. You don’t see that often in chain locations like this. I really appreciated being treated with genuine kindness and returned smiles. I wish I got their names but I was here on 03/02/25 at 9:30AM. There were two wonderful young ladies that are definitely worth keeping around. A smile goes a long way. My day has been made just by having such a positive experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The male worker should not be cleaning and dusty the area while the coworkers are making food and drinks I saw dust in the air getting on food and customers order I won’t be coming here anymore and he very rude. Today on 10.21 why is he blasting music in the store at 7am 10.26 they need to wear hat there was air in my food

Before I start this complaint, I need to say that I rarely ever complain and like to give good feedback on businesses. I had the worst experience that I have ever had at any restaurant. At around 11:30am, I went to go buy a dozen donuts for my coworkers, but had to use the bathroom first. I went to open the door and it was locked. So I waited like anybody else does. Next thing I know, an employee walks out and asks if I’m the one waiting to use the bathroom. I said that I was and she proceeded to berate me loudly in front of the whole store, treating me like I was her naughty five-year-old, saying that I needed to knock before I entered. I told her that the door was locked, that I didn’t enter, and to lose her attitude. I also told her that most people automatically juggle the knob if ther

My orders are always on time. I would gladly give a 5 however the work area at times appears untidy and not clean. I also question why they give you the option of a toasted English Muffin when it's barely toasted, if at all. The prices are fair and certainly beat Panera and so does the service but I wonder sometimes about the cleanliness behind the counter and how food is being handled. I think they could do better and also bring back the french crueller donut. If New Britain Avenue can make them, why can't Bishop's Corner. It's their best donut by far. BRING IT BACK!
