Dunkin'

This is hands down my favorite Dunkin location! The staff here is amazing. The service is always fast, friendly, and consistent. They truly take care of their customers and make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team that is this positive and attentive every single visit. Great job to everyone this kind of customer service keeps people coming back!

I had a fantastic experience today thanks to Makenna! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about providing great service. She handled my order quickly and made sure everything was exactly right. Makenna definitely made my morning better, and I’ll be happy to stop by again because of the great service she provided. You can never go wrong with Dunkin Donuts in West Monroe! Their donuts, coffee, and other breakfast menu items are all delicious! Shout out to the morning crew for being top notch and having the BEST customer service! Most of them already know my order by heart. It’s always clean and has a nice friendly environment for everyone!

Love my people at the Dunkin in West Monroe, La! They are so sweet and remember our orders. We go in everyday. We don’t usually get food so that’s why the 4 stars on that. But they are the BEST!!

No better way then starting a Monday morning as a blue collar worker at 5 am then walking in to this dunkin and having the barista Kaitlyn smiling and greeting you with a friendly hello . She knows her regular customers and treats them above board and goes the extra mile with them. It’s never a wait as she mans both the drive thru and front counter that early in the morning . Coffee is always fresh
