Dunkin'

this dunkin donuts is awful i live right by the area and i come here for breakfast and they always get my orders wrong when i tell them 2 of something they give me 1 and want me to pay what they purposely didn’t add on !. then i found a bug in my drink!!

I ordered 2 donuts got charged for 2 donuts and the young man who works there apparently said he did put 2 donuts in the bag which he only put one why lie to customers. You guys have cameras and can check and be honest to yourselves. Worst Dunkin. That’s how you get your paychecks by customers ordering not giving free money to you guys.

Despite what other customer say ! Workers are not the friendliest, but not the worse. There doughnuts at times are not fresh , They have to remove the homeless people from inside the store. They allow homeless people to sit on top of counters with there dirty clothes where they been sitting and laying on the ground which is absolutely DISGUSTING 🤢 🤢 In the night time the store front is so dirty ! This is probably why this establishment does not have seating for customers ! THE OWNER KNOWS ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT !

This workers all need to be fired including whoever is the manager at this specific location! I’ve been coming here for years and these are the most nasty workers I have ever encountered before at any Dunkin’ Donuts ever ! They make your coffee wrong, and they get upset still make it wrong for the 2nd time. They don’t like to scan the Dunkin’ Donuts app, it’s so unprofessional in this place.

Visited this coffee shop for the first time and was impressed by the quality of the coffee and the excellent service. The barista took the time to explain the different coffee options and helped me choose the perfect drink to suit my taste. The latte was smooth and flavorful, and the Donut and sandwich were the perfect accompaniment. Can't wait to come back!"
