Dunkin'

The Service is not too bad. Most of the time staff is friendly. The drinks are pretty good, but at times the Food could use better attention. I was getting bagels with cream cheese many times they taste a little stale. I don’t order food here much just something to drink.

honestly feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth at this location. The drinks are barely filled up it’s like they’re cutting corners and hoping customers won’t notice. On top of that, the customer service has really gone downhill. The cashier wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even greet me when I walked in. Dunkin’ used to be a place with good service and consistency, but lately it’s been disappointing. Definitely not worth the price anymore.

Foods always fresh and well made. Fast and efficient location. I had to update my review cause I walked in one day, it was empty. 3 workers stood behind the cashier counter, looked up and saw me and went right back to their business without even a greeting. I waited 2 mins cause I figured they were busy before I went to use the kiosk. A white man walks in, and they greeted and served him right away. I spoke up about it, and they were all just looking without saying a word. I'll never buy at this location again. Simple.

I don't usually buy my coffee here. But, I occasionally pop in for gift cards. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Two stars! Food is great but customer service HORRIBLE! When my sister and I walked it someone was yelling at the lady working there. I thought the customer of course was being very rude but once she left, the worker just kept on. She continued to cuss and make rude remarks aloud. We thought that was strange when she continued to talk but we didn’t think anything of it. Once we got our food, mines was okay but they were kinda slow. I was okay with that because I have no where to go but, my sister order they messed up completely. When she tried to let them know they spoke in another language (I’m okay with that) but as they were talking they kept mean mugging my sister. Definitely wouldn’t go here again.
