Dunkin'

Every time I have come here I’ve placed a mobile order to be picked up inside. They have an area to pick up mobile orders and my order is never there. Instead it is sitting behind the counter ready to go. The employees will look at you and not acknowledge you, they won’t ask you if they can help you or anything. They look at you and then walk away. What is the point of having the mobile pick up area if you aren’t going to place the orders there. I have to get someone’s attention every time I go. If not I could stand there for at least 10-15 minutes and get ignored while my food gets cold and my coffee gets watered down.

12:/2024 update Very poor customer service and unwelcoming. The kids that work there definitely do not like their job. Very inefficient. Line is over 20 minutes long. Only one worker inside who is slow to take food orders for walk-ins. Bananas are also old. People also need to have their order ready when it’s your turn. One lady with her kid had no clue which donuts they wanted. You just had 20 minutes to think about it!

I don’t think this place has ever once gotten my order right. We just repeated our order like 5 times and they had us pull around, and I kid you not EVERY single drink was SEVERELY wrong. We stopped going for a while and decided to give it another shot but it’s always something here. Save your money, since I’m sure you’ll end up paying $5 per coffee for something you didn’t even order, just go to 7/11 at this point.

This Dunkin is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The woman who was working the drive threw was beyond rude. When we pulled up for our food and drinks, not only was the order wrong but she never gave us a receipt OR the food. We were told to pull around and they would bring it out for us. About 15 minutes passed and still no one came out. We went inside to get the food and they all didn’t know what we ordered. We had no receipt to show because the woman never gave us anything. Finally, 30+ minutes later we got our food and obviously it’s not even editable. Pictures to show, you can judge for yourself if you would even take a bite of this…. $20 down the drain this morning because we’re not driving back to ask for a refund.

Good as always. New store, clean and it's never packed.
