Dunkin'

The afternoon staff are very unsanitary and need to be trained on food safety. I order a milkshake The cashier goes to wash her hands in the water the ice cream scoopers are in. Had I not tell her she is supposed to use the sink available in the store to clean her hands. I immediately asked for a refund she tried to justify that she is right absolutely disgusting.

Their selection of donuts/baked items are really small compared to every other Dunkin I've ever been to. I came here 2 hours before closing and I don't even think they had donuts. I looked behind the counter and it just seemed like they had a bunch of bagels and 1 croissant which sucked cause I really wanted a boston kreme donut. I would have even settled for something else, but they didn't seem to have much of anything. It's also a really small Dunkin Donuts so the seating is limited. The inside could have also been cleaner, but I'm not going to make a huge complaint about that because it was 9pm and I'm guessing they would start a full restaurant cleaning near closing time. On the bright side, they had the pumpkin drinks that I wanted.

The service is really good. I really love how the store is always clean n coffee is always fresh. The Manager Zannat is really sweet n always greets me with big smile. The whole atmosphere is very friendly. Looking forward to coming here more often!

Closed earlier than listed. Says online they close at 11, went around 10:30 and found they were closed.

Ordered a lot from this DD. My daughter wanted extra ice for her drink. She asked for a cup of ice and the staff refused saying she needed to pay for a cup of ice. Star bucks never charges extra for a cup of ice.
