Dustin's Bar-B-Q

We have become regulars at this wonderful restaurant! First off, we only eat in restaurants that get good inspections from the health department and this is one of those and it is a gem! The cleanest nicest salad bar that I know about in Volusia County fresh made soups different every day. They have a list of the days my favorite is the chicken noodle. Every single one is my husband‘s favorite. I always order the chicken and the cornbread and the coleslaw their tea is fantastic. You feel like you’re going home to Grandma’s to eat when you go there. Lots of wonderful servers, Mary happens to be my favorite! It’s not expensive, but the food is top notch and fresh and we try to get there two or three times a week often at lunch. This is a great all-American place to eat at. Plenty of parking, well lit, and easy accessibility. There is plenty of seating and great atmosphere with awesome music. Easy menu and meduimed priced. Food is great and big salad bar. The sneeze guard is low, so the stuff in the back is harder to get. Great soup as well. Service is good and kid friendly Highly recommended

If I could leave negative stars I would. The staff was fine, service was slow, food was horrible. Brisket is not supposed to be like dehydrated beef jerky. If I never step foot in a Dustin’s ever again it will be way too soon.

I miss good salad bars that were once commonplace. Tonight, we found a good one at Dustin's. And the menu has a combination where a portion of meat comes with the salad bar. We love bargains and thought this was a good deal. Considering that the items on the salad bar were fresh and tasty, it was a great deal. The restaurant reminded us of the Sonny's chain and may have been that at one time. This one was clean and bright inside. There were live plants that hung in the dining room above the tables, adding to the ambiance. Service at Dustin's was friendly and efficient too. Our waitress kept our drinks filled and checked with us often. This was our first visit to Dustin's and will be back next time we are nearby.
