Honestly these girls here know me by name whether I show up night or day! They always take care of me and my dogs (with their pup cups) and sometimes I stay and bother them if they aren’t busy but they never seem to care. They’re all super sweet! They deserve a way higher pay for all they gotta deal with if you ask me bc I know I can be difficult, but compared to some I’m pretty easy 🫶🏼

Absolutely love this location. I pass by here on the way home from dropping my husband off at work and it’s the best! The workers are always smiling and super friendly even though it’s early and cold. My drinks are made correct and they taste awesome!

So the girls working are wonderful, really kind and helpful! That’s the reason for the 2 stars. I got the same coffee I get almost daily from the Addison location and it tasted awful from here. I don’t know if the cold brew isn’t made right or the Messi for the protein milk are off. I had it remade and still taste like bitter water. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the baristas and the rest of the staff! They are always so kind, attentive, energetic, and helpful. Despite busy hours they put every once of care into each order and never seem burnt out. However something that's upsetting is the lack of help the baristas have which I blame management. I know they only pay up to $16 an hour. If Dutch Bros had livable wages in Texas it would be between $20-25, not "uP tO $16 hOuRlY" So if you guys paid better, there would be more staff to help these overworked baristas, and our drinks would already be ready for pickup when we pull up :) Seriously i would pay more for my lattes if the baristas who are the reason why coffee is made all day were paid like they mattered, not as an after thought 👍🏻 = Baristas 👎🏻 = Upper management

I’ve seen a few other commenters mention this and I’ve experienced it every single time I’ve ordered ahead. I will order 10-15 minutes early at this location and my drink STILL won’t be ready. I try to be as kind and patient as possible because these are young kids working here but whoever manages this location could do better. I’m not kidding when I say my order is late every single time I come in the morning and I come 2-3 times a week. Please fix this!!! As a customer I’m doing my part to give you more time to prepare my order, please have it ready in a timely fashion!
