Dutch Bros Coffee

Literally every time i go in which is quite often everyone is beyond friendly. Especially the tall lightskin guy he’s my personal goat. No one has ever gotten my order wrong and they make my drinks SO good! I’m always very excited to get dutch at the west jordan location because i know my drink will be bomb and i’ll have a good chat with the employees every time. highly recommended going it’s so worth it.

They were just talking to the truck in front of me forever. They would not even take his order. When they finally got him to go to the window they just talked even more after about 5 min or more they finally took his order. After they gave him his order they talked even more. Worse service I have ever had there. My coffee was not even made right but did not have time to get back in the long line to have it fixed right. Plus the other two drink were supposed to be blended but came ice. It took around 15 min to get my order just because they would not stop talking to the guy in front of me and take there order like they should of.

Love all the sugar free options at Dutch Bros and friendly staff. I really love the coffee but my favorite drink is a Christmas Morning Chai and I’ve been loving the seasonal Sugar Free Pumpkin Caramel Brûlée iced chai. Such a great fall time drink. Nice I could get it at 5am before work. No matter if I’m on my way to work, going on a road trip, or just enjoying a day off a drink from this location always hits the spot :)

Let me start off saying that I truly love Dutch Bros. It’s been my ultimate favorite coffee spots to drink. They are my go to for coffee. I recently moved more down south and this location is the closest to home and it’s on the way to work. BUT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY FAKE SCAN YOUR APP. At first my experience with everyone was great but the last 3 times they didn’t really scanned my app. They played it off as if they did. The first time I contacted customer service about it they gave me my points but tried to blame me for it. Which makes no sense. The app literally says to wait 24 hours to see if my points will show. I usually get them within an hour of my order. I don’t know how I would know if they truly scanned it or not. I ALWAYS pull out my phone for points I enjoy the

Usually love this location and always get and iced caramelizer, I went today and it actually tasted so awful I had to throw it away. There was a weird almond taste to it and it was super hot for being an iced coffee and I even let it sit for a while to chill off. Don’t think I’ll be returning here again.
