Dutch Bros Coffee

I placed my order on the app and the person that was taking drive through orders said I had to wait until the last car that was there. I been to many different Dutch Bros and the person who’s taking the orders usually goes from one lane to the next lane. When she finally comes to me and asks for my name, 15 minutes had passed. So when I got to the window, I told the barista what happened. He said that if the barista can mentally remember the order of the cars, then that’s how they take the orders. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a mobile order. I told him that no other Dutch Bros does that. Since I started buying Dutch (about 1 year) I have never experienced any like this. Mind you, every one that she help placed their order with her. The barista at the window said that it would be faster if

This is the worst location to go to. This Dutch Bros makes you wait a long time. I understand choosing the shortest line, but I try to respect others who arrived before me by getting behind them instead of using the other lane. Today, three cars ended up going ahead of me just because they picked the shorter lane, while about five other cars behind me were still waiting. The workers should help customers in the order they arrive and not allow others to cut in line, because it causes unnecessary traffic and frustration for those of us who are trying to be respectful. Honestly, it’s better to make the drive to Livingston. They respect who got there first, manage the lines better so there isn’t as much traffic, and they take your order correctly.

I used to be a fan, but let's face it dutch bros has been sliding downhill for at least a decade. Gone are the reasonable priced, the fun, friendly workers and what used to be a clear appreciation for the customer. I used to bring my own cup and they would not only consider it smaller than it was, they would often fill it up at a discount. Now? They argue with me how big my cup is, charge me for a full size- no discount at all. Even the birthday and father's day and such bonuses have apparently vanished. Probably since they went public and the bottom line became the primary driving factor. That which once made them great is no more. Now it seems to be a clique of brats with bad attitudes and overpriced drinks. Like Starbucks but lower quality

No wait in line, had a coupon for a free blended iced coffee. The store is only a drive up. Parking lot was clean. Employee comes up to your car window for orders. I have been told by several people that they think it's better than Starbucks and cheaper. I have no comment

The drinks are always amazing but the Atwater location ALWAYS has the longest wait. Whether you do mobile app or drive thru, expect a long wait. I live in atwater and Its faster to drive to livingston to get one.
