Dutch Bros Coffee

🤮I usually visit Dutch Bros regularly and have always enjoyed their coffee. However, on Sunday, December 14th, around 7:54 PM to 7:58 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. There was a car in front of me with what seemed like a girl talking for a long time to the staff member at the window. She had a dog in the back seat, and the window was open for the dog. The employee actually gave the dog a treat in a cup, and then the dog started licking the employee’s hand directly after he finished giving the treat. This was honestly really gross to me. I was next in line, and knowing that the same employee whose hand was just licked by a dog was about to prepare my coffee and put the lid on my cup made me feel pretty disgusted. I got an Italian soda, not Italian so it was pretty good, First expensive as the sodas are, they should have more options in regards of plant-based. I wish they had plant-based whip cream. Service was pretty good. I told the lady like five different times and still got a cup full of ice. Other than that, they’re decent good job

The two gentleman working around 5pm this evening (9/22) were so sweet and easy to talk to! I used to work at Dutch many moons ago and they reminded me of the OG dutch culture :) my coffee was perfect and the conversation was effortless and natural!

Thank You Sage at Dutch Bros and the rest of the team for making sure we had the best drinks possible. Sage is always friendly and welcoming and double checked the order. Thanks especially to the runner that was taking orders in the rain! You guys rock!
