Dutch Bros Coffee

Been coming here 3-5 times a week since it opened and order our usual favorite drinks. But they come out different every time we come, they're always weird in some way. Never had this issue at any other Dutch Bros. I think I'll drive further to go to other Dutch Bros to make sure I get a good drink. Can't spend $7 on a coffee that is weird and never right.

I always have a great experience when I go. The staff is qualified & great at their job! & I’ve ran into Payton a few times, his energy shifts my day every time. He’s full of life & ambitious, someone I want on my team when I build a business. I hope Dutch Bros realize the unicorn they have on their team. Much love y'all 🤙🏼 keep doing killing it!

Both times I've been the manager on duty has been absolutely rude. He snaps right off the bat with no listening skills. It's like he has an attitude everyday? If you don't like people then maybe don't have a people job. He should also communicate with the staff better. The baristas are great. Both times they have been super sweet, friendly and funny.

I love my medium/large golden eagles. But every time I try to bring my wife to a Dutch Bros, they give her the worst coffee I've had from any major chain. This most recent time, she got a small carmelizer and they literally burnt the milk. I can't recommend Dutch Bros until they figure out consistency.

I went on opening day at 6 am. There were lots of worker and only three cars. I went to the walk up and was ignored so, I went to the drive with three cars. The line busters were not excited or happy at me but were chatting with each other. I waited over 10 minutes for 2 drinks. I go to all the DB's so I understand their customer expectations. I have never had such a lack luster visit. Upon tasting my coffee it had bad shots and tasted burnt. Very sad and I hope things improve.
