Dutch Bros Coffee

I’ve been wanting to try Dutch Bros ever since they opened about six months ago, and we finally got a chance to stop in with the family around noon, right in the middle of one of their busier times. Even with the crowd, the flow of traffic was handled really well. The wraparound setup and the way you’re greeted feels very similar to the Chick-fil-A model. When we arrived, we looked over the menu, which was easy to follow and mostly picture-based. That made it fun for the kids to browse. I will say the menu feels more adult-focused, so a small side panel just for kids would be a helpful addition. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and the barista explained that a small comes with two shots of espresso, while the medium and large both come with four shots. That’s really good to know for so

I had never tried Dutch Bros before, so I was excited when the Cookeville location opened and now I’m officially hooked! The coffee is fantastic, but the service is even better. I’ve visited the Cookeville location twice, and I can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming everyone is. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely so sweet.

I dont want to leave a bad review because I didnt like my drink. I tried something new to me. Its not fair to judge a place because I didnt like the drink I picked out. The banana bread was really good

I saw so many negative reviews that I was hesitant to try but I had a Newbie Freebie coupon so I thought why not. I can’t speak for everyone else’s visits but the young lady who assisted me with my order was so sweet as well as the young lady at the window, who confirmed my drink…even though I was the only one in line. It took no longer than the typical time to craft my White Mocha to absolute perfection. The only feedback I have to offer is that I felt the music was a bit loud in the window line. I’m sure this is so the outside staff may enjoy it as well, but a bit loud bouncing off the brick wall in the line. Dutch Bros, you have a new (and happy) customer in me. Welcome to Cookeville!!

Their coffee is just okay. I’ve tried several different styles and kinds and so far I’m not overly impressed. The staff and the building are all very nice. There are so many choices for coffee places around here that I’m allowed to be picky.
