Dutch Bros Coffee

It’s Dutch Bros “coffee” but don’t expect coffee in your drink. $6 plus tip for a glass of milk on ice is disappointing. Does coffee need to be requested to be added now and I wasn’t aware? No clue. However, I did ask for extra macadamia syrup because the same thing happened to me last time. That didn’t work, still tastes like milk on ice. Definitely not what it used to be, this was my favorite coffee. I decided to give them one more chance but don’t think it’s worth the risk anymore.

I absolutely love coming here!! The service is excellent and the staff is always super friendly. Love coming here especially when they have stickers or anything free to give out. I definitely like it better than Starbucks, just saying 🤭

Terrible location. Out of all, the Dutch Bros in the valley was just ordering food and drinks. A person that served me was just terrible. I don't know if she's having a bad day or what, but the vibe wasn't there. I'd only expect her to be better at her job at like everyone else, but I've been going to this establishment for a while and this is the first time in a long time that I get treated like that. Never again going back here, especially if that person is around terrible server... Zero star Michelin review! Though I do appreciate that one gentleman that actually kind of turned around the whole entire visit and experience. So shout out to you. Keep doing what you're doing and keep on moving on!

Poor experience overall. Coffee was lukewarm, requested extra expresso shot(did NOT receive but was charged), customer service was poor. I understand its early morning but as a barista you literally signed up for that.

This Location sucks they don’t even acknowledge you at the window. We asked for extra sweet on one of the drinks and tasted like water , our Tropical green tea tasted just like water like if you’re going to be talking and not acknowledge peoples order or get it correctly don’t even work there .
