Dutch Bros Coffee

It was so backed up that it took nearly 10 minutes to get my coffee. This location is usually busy and while I can see they are trying to accomodate cars in the tight space, it left something to be desired. A guy with a stinky jacked up truck left it running the whole time. It made me feel dizzy every time I had to open my window. No, I am not usually dizzy, amd no, I am not blond.

One of the better DB in this market. Always making good drinks. Very kind/friendly (uncommon for Eugene.) Always greeted with a smile and excellent service.

10/5/2025@ 8:40am The service has been going down over the last year. The employees are more interested in playing with each other and not assisting customers I sat in line for over 10 mins 3 employees looked at us and walked away not saying a word I could see them and hear them playing around and not assisting/ acknowledging me. I ended up have to get out of the car and placing the order at the window and they still messed it up.

Love this place! Everyone who works here is pleasant, funny, kind, good at their job. Pick one or pick them all.

I went to go get my morning coffee. The security guard is sending people to drive the wrong way around the parking lot when its busy claiming people are blocking traffic when they are not. And the person is rude. The person is going to cause an accident and cost you customers. I counted at least 5 cars that left Dutch Brothers and went to the Human Bean instead.
