Dutch Bros Coffee

I was super worried about the drive thru line but I thought wrong, went super fast. My first time trying Dutch bro last week were at edwardville location wasn’t best experience but few days ago came to Fairview heights location I got to say, definitely worth it better than edwardville. Customer service at this location top notch quality GREAT. Order my drank, came to the window service was great, made a little conversation while waiting for our drink instead of other location just give you the drink and tell u have a great day… best location gotta say!! Def recommend.

This place is great! I notice tons of people complain about the drive thru wait but if you clearly see the line is out to the street, there is a walk up window that takes a fraction of the time to get your order. All you have to do is park and get out of your car! It’s that easy!

Dutch bros coffee is my new absolute favorite coffee place. They use real express made to order, not the pre-made expresso/ coffe syrup mix. It really wakes you up and rejuvenates your soul. The establishment features a drive window, and a walk up order window. This place is a MUST try. Let me know how you enjoy it.

The drinks and customer service are both really good, but the wait time in the drive thru is awful. We have been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t gotten to order. Like other reviews have said, there is no escape once someone pulls in behind you. It would be great if there was a more efficient system or a way to exit if you realize you have been in line for too long.

I was worried about the drive thru lines, but it actually seems to be working. I'm so happy to have great tasting coffee just down the street. The staff are super friendly. I love how they take their time making sure your order is right and they chat with you at the window while you wait. I maybe or may not have gone 5 times in 2 days 😂 I'm not even sorry!
