Dutch Bros Coffee

I came in to pick up a mobile order after the app showed my drink was ready but I ended up waiting about 10 minutes at the window, I don’t mind delays at all, I work a similar job and understand how backed up things can get. What really upset me was the lack of customer service, while I was waiting two employees were right at the window we made eye contact multiple times and I was still completely ignored, one employee was on his phone with headphones on and even after I politely knocked on the window no one acknowledged me. I eventually walked to the drive thru window where another employee kindly apologized and helped me right away, he was very polite and genuinely made the experience better. The drink was good, the cookie was delicious, and I’ve been here before, I’m not saying this

The girl with sweet mouse voice is very helpful and quick well ordering. And friendly staff inside at the windows. Overall amazing experience

Today (Saturday around noon), we stopped by Dutch Bros in Lompoc for our first time ever and had the loveliest experience! Isabella took our order with such warmth and joy..she truly made our day!! The sweet girl who handed us the drinks was just as wonderful and even gave a treat to our little pup! 💕🐶 These small acts of kindness meant so much to us while on the road.
