Dutch Bros Coffee

12 street Dutch bros use to be mine and my moms go to location but the last few weeks any time we’ve gone there our coffee has been made wrong. I get mistakes happen but this has been more than 4 times now and coffee isn’t the cheapest. Also have noticed a lot of new hires there which again I understand their learning but they either haven’t been trained right or just haven’t been corrected. Please make sure all your employees are trained correctly.

Thus is my typical place to stop for coffee before work. I have never had an issue here until today. From the guy taking my order to the guy and girls at the window. I understand this is a fast paced service job. But done make people feel rushed to move the line. And when you are working the window. Dont sit a play with toys and your cell phone. Focus on the work. And my hot 911. It tasted burnt and more like an ear wax if you will. I had yo buy another coffee. Got a Black Rifle canned drink.

Such a lovely little coffee shop! The staff are always so kind and patient with me, and they make the best coffee around. It’s my favorite way of brightening my day! I always feel welcome every time I stop in. Reminds me of how coffee shops used to be, with real smiles and warm hearts.

$7 for a cup of coffee, which is the going rate. However, for that price I expect a phenomenal cup. My coffee was awful. It definitely wasn't fresh brewed,or perhaps the coffee maker not cleaned. 2 sips and I threw it away. When something is costing this much, the businesses have to be on point!
