Dutch Bros Coffee

This semester I stop by every Thursday after class to get a drink to take home and study. I’ve been going to this stand specifically because they seem to be the most consistent. However, these last two weeks, consistency has been terrible, like Dunkin Donuts coffee type of terrible. I got an ice cold brew with chocolate and peppermint on Sunday, loved it, it was delicious, perfect, was sad when I finished it. Came in again on Tuesday bc class was cancelled and I was wanting another delicious coffee. Same exact order, but it just wasn’t the same. Oh well, it happens. Come in again today, same exact order, and unfortunately I didn’t taste it until I got home. It’s borderline undrinkable. Worst Dutch in town. So disorganized and the employees do not take orders in order because they have no idea who came first since there’s 3 separate lines. Employees aren’t as cool or welcoming as most locations.

I recently visited Dutch Bros, and it was a fantastic experience! The drive-thru was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly and energetic. They really know how to create a welcoming atmosphere with their upbeat vibe. The menu offered a wide variety of drinks, from classic coffee options to unique flavored smoothies and energy drinks. I tried one of their popular cold brews, and it did not disappoint—rich and refreshing! The only downside was that the line can get long during peak hours, but it's definitely worth the wait for a quality beverage. Overall, Dutch Bros is a great spot for coffee lovers looking for a lively and enjoyable experience!

When I visit my son across town, I make it a point to stop in at this location. Great baristas and such sweet staff! No matter how busy it is, they always have time to greet each customer with a hello and a smile!

The drinks at Dutch Bros usually taste pretty good, but the experience always leaves me feeling a little off. I make a point to politely ask for whipped cream when I order, yet it’s almost always forgotten. Then, instead of just fixing it, there’s a whole fuss about the cup being too full—especially now that the bubble lids are gone. I know the lid issue isn’t entirely on them, but they could easily leave a little more room, especially when the order notes that whipped cream was requested. And honestly, if you’re going to charge extra for whipped cream, make sure it’s actually there—and that it’s more than a coin-sized dollop. A little consistency and care would make the drinks taste even better.
