Dutch Bros Coffee

SLOW!! Slow slow slow!! Took me 25 minutes and I think there was 9 cars ahead of me! When I told the worker they must be short staffed she said the manager was on a 10 minute break… which still doesn’t add up!?! Dutch is normally fast!! My normal Dutch location takes less then 5 minutes to go thru 9 cars! I won’t be going to this one anytime soon!

Normally I only do mom and pop coffee shops as chain coffee shops use burned/tipped beans of low quality. I know this because I own my own coffee company. Well I was tired from a long road trip ans stopped in. 1. The employee (Sofia) who greeted me was very warm and friendly while also very professional. This is uncommon in an industry of high turnover. 2. I had a few questions to find out what I wanted and she was patient and helped me decided without me feeling rush! 3. Carmel Apple smoothie is what I ended up ordering. And I was not let down.. It was just as she described. This is the exact customer service to develops repeat customers and builds that much need customer loyalty. I will now ensure to stop by as long as this exceptional customer service continues!

Haley who works at the Sullivan location and closes is the nicest barista. Great service always a smile Remembers my name and order even though I only go there 2 a week.

Completely messed up my order and took 15 minutes. Was super rushed and makes me want to never go to Dutch Bros again. That was a absolute joke

Had mutiple good experienceas with this location. Sometimes the drinks aren't as flavorful as others but the staff are very sweet. They tend to make sure lines go fast which is pretty cool. They also have a walk up for pedestrians which is pretty cool. Drinks taste really good and I appreciate it. There is a gentleman who works there with glasses and long curly hair. He is the best!
