was having a pretty rough morning and decided to cheer myself up with a coffee, i was in tears trying to order and the staff member who helped take my order was so patient, sweet, and just an angel in disguise. When i got up to the window, again the staff was so sweet, caring, and just made my morning way better when they didn’t need to. I’ll always prefer Dutch over any other coffee shop, their staff is nothing short but incredible, genuine, and always going out of their way. Thank you to them!

Today was my first opening! It was chaotic but everything is new for this shop, they did the best they could! Because of us many of the employees had to park way in back and walk to work! It seems a lot of the super fans were unhappy with what they got and were very rude making the situation even worse. I was very happy I got stickers I never would have gotten otherwise. Maybe you should appreciate what you get instead of flaunting and complaining. Great job DB shop! All the broistas were very upbeat and polite. Would come back if in the area! With time you will get the hang of it!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

I came yesterday around 9/10pm. There was a girl working outside and at window she first made my drink incorrectly and i didnt say anything & then i asked for another drink to be remade since it wasn’t good and she seemed extremely bothered by it. Yes she did remake it but she was so rude & i even offered to pay the difference of the drink since she kept bringing up that they aren’t supposed to remake a drink if I didn’t like it.
