Dutch Bros Coffee

I had my first experience there yesterday as I’m not close to one. But, the service was immaculate and the 2 employees that helped me were wonderful. I know there was a young male helping me and he was greatly appreciated for helping as well as another young but taller curly haired male that helped as well when I got to the window. Kudos to this store and the training of employees to be extremely supportive, helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable of items. Went back today due to their kindness and will wait again tomorrow for the experience! Thank you, DUTCH BROS !!! Went back today and had a girl named Ellie. She was so sweet and after having multiple conversations with different employees I’m realizing these people/employees are genuinely nice.

Thank you Angie for taking our order at the window. Angie was courteous, efficient, and friendly when she took our order. It’s our first time trying out Dutch Bros and it did not disappoint from the customer service to the drinks. We will definitely come back

I am very disappointed with this location. Tonight, my fiance and I arrived at 10:51 pm, fully aware that they closed at 11. We are never these kinds of people but we had over a 3 hour drive home and needed some caffeine. We hurried as fast as we could to make it there and made it at 10:51 to find a line of about 5 other cars in front of us. When we finally got up to the window at 11:01 (after being in line for 10 minutes before closing) the lady at the window was very rude and said that she would not take our order because they closed “about a minute ago.” We were the last car in the line and she had taken every other car’s orders up until us and the one car in front of us. I’m not mad but I am disappointed. The employees tonight had the opportunity to deliver above and beyond customer service and had the opportunity not only for a different review but a generous 150% tip on top of that. Facing a three hour drive home after a late night and a long day my fiancé and I were wanting some caffeine and we wanted something from our favorite place to get a drink. A company that we will drive hours for on the weekend just to get. So we arrive at this location at 10:51 with a line of multiple cars. We were the last car in line. We had no worries. We discussed on the way over about the generous tip we would leave because we both know how annoying it is when people come in close to or at closing time. I placed an order ahead at 11:49. It said it was supposed to be done at 11:55. I waited there in line until 12 o’clock when i got up to the window to get my order (which if it’s ready they bring it out to you) it was already melted completely and they just had it in their fridge. As well as they only got one of the drinks right. This used to be the best Dutch in the whole valley, now it just sucks. Do better.
