You have to be CRAZY to purchase a sandwich from a franchise, when a family owned sandwich shop is in town! I’m glad they opened. After Deli Delicious, and Capriotti’s dropped quality, quantity, and raised prices, this has been my go to. All other sandwich places (Including Subway) cost almost twice as much, and give you less. Every sandwich I have purchased looked like it came out of a commercial and tastes amazing!They care, and it shows. And on top of that you’re supporting locals.

First time at Eagle Sandwich. The place is small but very clean, good service. Best fast food sandwich that I have eaten, the way that the products (lettuce, tomato, ham etc) were treated and prepared speak QUALITY. Please go and try them. Unfortunately I don’t live in Fresno otherwise I will be eaten them frequently. 👍🏻👍🏻

We were looking for a new place to get sandwiches and we found a wonderful surprise in Eagle Sandwich Company. They are very new on the Fresno screen but have a history in sandwich making. The selection of sandwiches is plentiful! They have a nice mix of flavor combinations to reach a broad audience. The quality of meats is superb! The bread was excellent. (You have to try the sourdough!!) The vegetables were crisp and flavorful! The sandwiches were fully stuffed with meat cheese and toppings!! (No skimping!!) We were greeted warmly on entering the shop, and the sandwiches were made fresh and quick. If you are hungry for a delicious sandwich, you need to visit Eagle Sandwich Co. You will not be disappointed...

I will disclose that I am a personal friend of the owner. However, I will say that Eagle Sandwiches blow the competition out of the water. Better ingredient portions, better quality meats, cheeses and really good bread. I don’t usually like Dutch Crunch bread because it tears up the roof of my mouth but the Dutch Crunch at Eagle is nice and supple. The Philly Cheesesteak had some really nice smoky meat with veggies that were fire roasted. Their Rosemary Ham is really good and worth a try if you like ham!

Have eaten here 3 times as of writing this. Twice had the pastrami sandwich and tonight had the French dip. What an incredible shop. Sandwiches are piled with great ingredients and are some of the best I've had in Fresno. It's so nice, especially with the cost of food and businesses struggling, when a place makes the customer feel respected by not skimping on ingredients. French dip is one of the best I've ever had, au jus was so Herby and beefy. I will continue to struggle not getting things I've already eaten before because I know how good they are but I want to try everything on the menu. I wish the business and the staff nothing but success and hope to keep coming here for a long time.
